Saving, records, and resets
Your raid resumes when you reopen DeskRaid. Know which progress belongs to the run and which belongs to your legacy.

Automatic saving
Routine attacks and silence updates are saved in one-minute batches. Victories, deaths, equipment changes, choices, resets, and quitting save immediately. An abrupt crash can lose the pending routine batch. Remaining boss health is part of the saved progress.
Classic and Raid keep their own progress. Switching modes from Settings does not mean restarting the other mode.
Hero records
The setup screen shows records for the chosen hero, including best level, finished or abandoned full runs, bosses slain, and dungeon clears. Heirlooms remain shared. Older saves retain their combined totals, but historical runs without hero attribution cannot be reconstructed into individual class records.
Test runs do not change lasting hero records or heirlooms.
The bestiary
The in-app bestiary records creatures you actually fight. This public wiki deliberately lists the complete roster, so browsing it can reveal enemies and heirlooms you have not discovered in the app.
Abandoning a run
Abandon current run ends that Raid while keeping collected heirlooms. Its regular equipment and boons do not become permanent gear. You can begin a new journey with another hero afterward.
Reset controls
- Restart Classic resets Classic progress and its associated systems; it is separate from abandoning a Raid.
- Reset all progress erases both modes, the Raid run, heirlooms, records, and bestiary.
- Permissions and settings are preserved by the progress reset controls described in the app.
Read the inline confirmation in Settings before applying a reset. A full reset is not the way to start another raid while keeping your collection.
